See the service areaCameras are no help if, when something happens, you cannot make out a face or find the footage. We walk the site with you to decide what must be seen clearly, such as entrances, the register, the back door and the stock room, then plan the number of cameras, their angles, the cable runs and how many days of recording to keep. We install network cameras and the recorder and set up viewing on your phone. If your current system has blurry images, gaps in recording or needs more cameras, we can help with that too.
The work this service usually covers. The exact scope is set out in the written quote after an on-site assessment.
Cameras and angles planned for entrances, registers, back doors and stock rooms, allowing for night, backlight and glare from the doorway.
Network cameras (PoE: one cable carries both power and video) and a network video recorder (NVR) installed, cables run neatly and outdoor connections weatherproofed.
Drive capacity worked out from the number of cameras and image quality, with retention days set and recording continuous or triggered by motion.
Live view and playback on phones and computers, with separate access for owners, managers and staff.
Cameras on their own network, factory default passwords changed and firmware updated, to lower the risk of outsiders logging in.
Blurry images, recording gaps and offline devices fixed; older analog systems upgraded to network cameras; help finding and exporting footage when you need it.
Nothing starts until you approve the quote, and parts or equipment are bought only with your OK.
We check the space, the lighting and where cables can run, and confirm with you which spots must be seen clearly and how many days of footage to keep.

Common questions about cost, scheduling and scope.
Usually, depending on whether the recorder has spare channels, whether the new cameras are compatible and whether there is enough drive space. We check on site and tell you what will work; if the old system is not worth expanding, we explain the upgrade options.
Yes, most network recorders support live view and playback on a phone. How smooth it is depends mainly on your internet upload speed and how many cameras you watch at once; we test on site and set image quality to suit your connection.
Generally, cameras must not go in private areas such as restrooms and changing rooms, and recording sound is more restricted than recording video, so business systems usually record video only. We point out these common issues while planning, but for specific legal questions please ask a lawyer.
We are not tied to any brand. We recommend a few options for the site, image quality and budget, explain the trade-offs and let you decide. Equipment is bought at cost with the receipt; if you have already bought cameras, we can check whether the models are suitable first.
The trip charge is based on round-trip mileage on the Google Maps fastest route. Labor is billed by actual time, with a 1-hour minimum per visit and 15-minute increments after that. Tolls, the Manhattan congestion toll and parking are passed through at actual cost with no markup and itemized; parts are at cost with the receipt and bought only with your approval.
