How we work
We come to you, and every visit follows the same steps. Software and settings problems can also be handled remotely: you start the connection, there is no trip charge, and labor is billed by actual time.

We look at the equipment and the site and agree on the problem and the scope. The written quote sets out the work, estimated time, trip charge and likely pass-through costs.
Nothing starts until you approve the quote. Parts are bought only with your approval, and extra time is discussed first.
We show you what was done, and the invoice itemizes labor, the trip charge, pass-through costs and part receipts.
