How the trip charge works
- The trip charge is based on round-trip mileage on the Google Maps fastest route.
- Bridge and tunnel tolls and parking are passed through at actual cost, with no markup, and itemized.
- The Manhattan congestion toll is charged at most once a day, split among that day’s customers inside the zone.
- You get a written quote after an on-site assessment, and work starts only when you approve.

No. We come to you: once we agree on a time, our team does the work at your shop, office or home. Software and settings problems can also be handled remotely, with no trip charge.

How is the trip charge worked out for farther areas?
The same way as everywhere else: round-trip mileage on the Google Maps fastest route, with tolls and parking passed through at actual cost. Trips over 35 miles one way need advance booking and have a 2-hour labor minimum per visit.
