A clear process and a transparent pricing method
So you know what will happen, and how the cost is worked out, before anything starts.

An open pricing method
The trip charge is based on round-trip mileage on the Google Maps fastest route; labor is billed by actual time (1-hour minimum per visit, then 15-minute increments). Tolls, the congestion toll and parking are passed through at actual cost, with no markup, and itemized.

A written quote before work starts
After an on-site assessment you get a written quote, and work starts only when you approve. Any extra time is discussed with you first.

Parts only with your approval
Parts and equipment are charged at cost with the receipt, and bought only after you approve.

We touch only the devices and data the job needs, and we ask before looking at files, accounts or passwords.
